Pierre Servant, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
In 2007, Mr. Pierre Servant was named CEO of Natixis Global Asset Management, the asset management arm of Natixis. He is also member of the Senior Management Committee and Executive Committee of Natixis. He had previously served as a member of the Management Board of Caisse Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne (CNCE), with responsibility for Finance and Risk Management. Mr. Servant had been a member of the Ixis AM Group Board and Chairman of its Audit Committee since the acquisition of Nvest in the USA |

Prior to joining the CNCE, Mr. Servant was Director of Strategy and Management Control of Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC), Delegate CEO of the financial company Eulia and then became CEO of CDC Ixis. Earlier in his career, Mr. Servant held various positions within the French government, notably at the Inspection Générale des Finances and at the Ministry of Cooperation. Mr. Servant is an Inspecteur des Finances in the French civil service and holds an Agrégation and a DEA (post-graduate degree) in History. |

Pascal Voisin
CEO of Natixis Asset Management
In 2007 Pascal Voisin was named CEO of Natixis Asset Management. He joined the firm in 2005 as Chairman of the Management Board of Ixis Asset Management. Mr. Voisin previously served as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Crédit Agricole Asset Management (CAAM), the asset management group that resulted from the merger of Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management and Crédit Agricole Asset Management. Before joining Crédit Agricole Groupe in 1995, he was Managing Director of BIP Gestion, part of Banque Internationale du Placement. Mr. Voisin began his career in macro-economic and quantitative research in France and the U.S. He is a graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and holds a graduate degree in economics (DEA, Paris X Nanterre).
John T. Hailer
President and Chief Executive Officer
Natixis Global Asset Management –The Americas & Asia
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Global Asset Management, Mr. Hailer is responsible for distribution strategies worldwide and oversees the business activities of the firm’s asset management affiliates in the Americas and Asia. Mr. Hailer joined the firm in 1999 and was named Chief Executive Officer of what was then IXIS Asset Management Advisors Group the same year and Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Global Associates in 2006. In these roles, Mr. Hailer has developed a strategic global strategy that has repositioned the firm as a solutions provider. His mission is to ensure that the company’s asset management business is responsive to the needs of institutions, intermediaries and individuals by providing relevant solutions globally. Before joining the company, Mr. Hailer was with Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company (FIIS), where he was responsible for new business development in North America and Latin America, directing product and marketing development for institutional channels. Before joining Fidelity, he was director of retail business development for Putnam Investments, spearheading the development of pricing models, product offerings and marketing strategies for multiple distribution channels as well as development of international products. Mr. Hailer received his BA from Beloit College and is a former member of the Board of Trustees. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Home for Little Wanderers, the oldest continuous children’s charity in the United States.
Geoffroy Sartorius
Executive Vice President and Global CFO
In 2008, Mr. Geoffroy Sartorius was named Executive Vice President of Natixis Global Asset Management and Global Chief Financial Officer. From 2004 to 2008, he was Chief Financial Officer at IXIS CIB and then Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Natixis. Mr. Sartorius, began his career in 1982 as a statistician at the French Ministry of Industry, then at INSEE (Budget and financial control). From 1987 to 1999, he held several positions in Capital Markets within the BNP Paribas group in Paris and in London. In 1999, he joined the Assets and Liabilities Management Division of the bank. In 2000, he took up the position of Head of Capital Markets of the Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne and, in 2002, became Head of Treasury and Government Securities at CDC IXIS Capital Markets. Mr. Sartorius is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Administrateur at INSEE (Government statistical office).
Beverly M. Bearden
Executive Vice President - Human Resources
Ms. Bearden is Executive Vice President of Human Resources of Natixis Global Asset Management, with overall responsibility for employee relations, compensation, recruitment, employee benefits, organizational development and corporate planning. She joined the firm in 1992. Ms. Bearden was Second Vice President of Human Resources for New England Financial. Before that she served as a Human Resource generalist for Citicorp Information Resources, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Citicorp. Ms. Bearden is a graduate of Colby College.
Pascal Delaunay
Executive Vice President, Head of Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit
Prior to joining Natixis Global Asset Management in 2001 as Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Delaunay led the Finance Controls and Back Offices departments of the Caisse Centrale du Crédit Mutuel. He also served as Executive Vice President of the Finance Department of the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel, a French banking group, where he was in charge of the Asset and Liability Management department for the Group Crédit Mutuel/CIC. He began his career in 1984 as an Auditor with the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel. Mr. Delaunay holds a postgraduate degree in Finance and is a French Certified Public Accountant. He also holds an Executive MBA from the French business school HEC.
Caren Leedom
Executive Vice President, Global Communications
Ms. Leedom is responsible for the development and execution of the global communications strategy for Natixis Global Asset Management. She originally joined the company in 1977 and has served in senior management roles in the service center, operations and marketing. Most recently, Ms. Leedom was senior vice president, marketing communications for Natixis Global Associates.
Jeffrey D. Plunkett
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Plunkett is Executive Vice President and Group General Counsel of Natixis Global Asset Management. He is responsible for all legal matters for the Group. He joined the firm in 1996 and became General Counsel in 2000. Previously he was a Partner in the Corporate Department of Goodwin, Procter in Boston, practicing in the areas of securities laws and business transactions, primarily mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Plunkett is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his law degree from Cornell University Law School.
