Mr. LeClair is Senior Vice President and director of the Natixis Advisor Academy. In this role, he delivers keynote presentations at major industry events, trains managers in the qualities of successful leadership and mentors advisory teams to help them achieve greater success in their practice.

Mr. LeClair brings to the financial services industry a unique global perspective and a strong set of leadership skills. As a Captain with more than 24 years in the U.S. Navy and an active navy reservist, he has completed three tours of duty to the Middle East. He is currently in his fourth command including two tours commanding gunboat units. He has spent significant time in Southeast Asia as part of the staffs of Seventh Fleet and U.S. Forces Korea. Mr. LeClair currently serves at the Pentagon on the Chief of Naval Operations Staff, also known as the OPNAV Staff. As a Reserve Officer he works in OPNAV N9 - Warfighting Systems. There he works to help program and resource the Navy’s warfighting systems to meet current and future joint and Navy requirements. His career history also includes building and running a multi-million-dollar family cranberry business.

Mr. LeClair holds a BA from Villanova University, an MPA from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and an MA in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. He is FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensed and is a KolbeTM Certified Consultant.
